Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach electrical trades courses that offer virtual online simulations with hands-on components, both on-campus and online.
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  • Engage with students online and in synchronous meetings, providing timely feedback and assessments.
  • Contribute to the development of a pipeline of talent to sustain the trades professions with skilled leaders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4,000 hours of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
  • Evidence of professionalism and customer service commitment.
  • Christian commitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Evidence of experience mentoring apprentices.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
