Role Summary and Responsibilities

The CT Imaging Specialist is tasked with conducting various imaging procedures as directed by physicians. This role involves daily activities aimed at ensuring high-quality patient care in a diagnostic and therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for diverse patient populations.
  • Understand the principles of growth and development across the lifespan and assess patient data reflective of age-specific needs.
  • Evaluate patients' and families' ability to learn and integrate teaching throughout the CT process.
  • Deliver compassionate, holistic care while upholding the rights and dignity of all patients.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • ARRT registered; CT Certification required or to be obtained within six months.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of CT experience.
