Customer Care Coordinator Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our homeowners receive exceptional service and support throughout their homebuying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage all paperwork and information related to customer care and quality assurance.
  • Maintain customer care records and support various department activities.
  • Prepare and distribute customer care lot files, walk-thru books, and related materials to project Customer Care Representatives (CCRs).
  • Receive and process homeowner service requests promptly according to established policies.
  • Collect and update project customer care status information, input it into the system, and distribute weekly project reports.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with accuracy for data entry.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
