Position Overview
This field-based role supports Abbott's Vascular division, which offers innovative and cost-effective solutions for vascular disease treatment. The product portfolio includes drug-eluting stents, guide wires, balloon dilatation catheters, imaging catheters, vessel closure devices, and more.

The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for case planning, support coverage, and product promotion throughout the designated territory.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical expert for procedures and products during case coverage in hospital settings.
  • Engage with current and prospective customers to assess their clinical needs and demonstrate how our Vascular products can assist in achieving their objectives.
  • Build relationships with hospital staff and identify key decision-makers.
  • Provide clinical support, troubleshooting, and educational resources for company products.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to keep customers informed about the latest product developments.
  • Attend clinical procedures in relevant medical environments to ensure successful outcomes with Vascular products.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns by developing effective solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Support the broader region as needed with case coverage beyond the assigned territory.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interacting with patients in a clinical environment.
  • Relevant technical certification.
