Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to provide a welcoming atmosphere while expertly mixing and serving drinks.
- Utilize premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and innovative techniques to craft unique and delightful beverages.
- Take drink orders from guests and restaurant staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar area to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Provide detailed information about wine selections, assist guests in making informed choices, and serve wine using proper techniques.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop mixers and garnishes that complement our beverage offerings.
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain an accurate account of transactions.
- Prepare the bar area with necessary tools and supplies, and assist in inventory management as needed.
- Serve food items to guests seated at the bar, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and meetings as required.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of bartending experience.
- In-depth knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to create signature cocktails.
- Strong understanding of wine varieties and service techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid email for communication with management.
