Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Real Estate Private Equity Division at EOM Group LLC. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating potential real estate investments and will be responsible for a variety of analytical tasks.

Position Summary:

The Senior Investment Acquisition Specialist will conduct comprehensive financial assessments, market evaluations, and risk analyses for prospective real estate acquisitions. This position provides a unique opportunity to engage in diverse aspects of real estate investment across multiple asset categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and implement real estate investment opportunities across various sectors, including healthcare, multifamily, and office properties.
  • Create intricate financial models to project cash flows, investment returns, and other essential financial indicators for potential acquisitions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and valuation assessments of potential investment opportunities within different real estate asset classes.
  • Perform extensive due diligence on each transaction, which includes site visits, meetings with management, collaboration with advisors, and the development of investment strategies and business plans.
  • Engage in the execution of transactions, including the negotiation of contracts and agreements with sellers and financial institutions.
  • Prepare detailed written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities for review by decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance, preferably within real estate investment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong project management capabilities, along with financial and analytical expertise.
  • Solid understanding of real estate finance principles, including financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and investment metrics.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling; certification from a recognized program (e.g., A.CRE) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
