About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising the pre-packing and dispensing of prescriptions, overseeing the clinical decision-making of customer service representatives, and ensuring the timely provision of drug therapy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Patient Counseling: Counsel patients about their medications, provide guidance on medication use, and maintain accurate patient profiles.
  • Clinical Decision-Making: Review and interpret physicians' orders, ensure accuracy, and make informed decisions regarding patient care.
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and promote a culture of excellence in patient care.
