Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications, and promoting health and wellness in our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
  • Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and potential interactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices, laws, and regulations
  • Collaborate with pharmacy team members to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Current pharmacy license in good standing
  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
