- Assist in the training and development of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Resident Records and Communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including lease information, payment history, and other relevant details.
- Communicate with residents in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Notice Issuance and Rent Collection
- Issue notices to residents as necessary, including late payment notices, eviction notices, and other relevant communications.
- Collect rent and other payments from residents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded and processed.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and update reports as delegated by the Community Manager, including leasing and marketing reports, resident satisfaction surveys, and other relevant data.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the resident experience.
- Customer Service and Leasing
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Qualify potential residents and lease properties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Market Trends and Analysis
- Stay up-to-date on local market trends and conditions, including rent rates, occupancy levels, and other relevant data.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the resident experience.
- Community Engagement and Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to engage residents and enhance their overall experience, including resident events, community activities, and other relevant initiatives.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and retention rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the resident experience.
- Administrative and Miscellaneous Duties
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and other relevant tasks.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including marketing campaigns, resident events, and other relevant activities.
