About the Role

Southern Tide is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and embracing our brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide prompt and professional service to customers, offering product recommendations and fashion advice to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and reference current product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Teamwork: Actively participate in store-related meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service performance goals.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain the integrity of inventory, including receiving, stocking, and processing returns.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of retail experience.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Routine standing for up to 8 hours.
  • Availability: Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
