The RoleWe are seeking talented Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinical team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of ABA therapy. Your expertise and passion will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to support their growth and development.
- Analyze data to inform and adjust treatment strategies, ensuring the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Current BCBA certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
- Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
