We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in hotel sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Sales Objectives

  • Attain assigned sales and revenue goals through proactive solicitation calls, sales tours, and client entertainment.
  • Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's operations, policies, and services to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence others.
  • Proven track record of success in hotel sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the local market and competitors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.
