About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to support students with special needs in our educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educators to design and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution and excellent outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Strong understanding of educational psychology principles and practices, enabling you to develop and implement effective support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, reflecting the university's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.
