Job Summary:

The EMS Associate Dean for Educational Equity Office is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Student Coordinator to join our team. As a Graduate Student Coordinator, you will be responsible for

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Diversity Council and the Office of Educational Equity to support the Graduate Engagement Program
  • Plan and execute at least three major engagement opportunities for EMS graduate students throughout the year, including the EMS Graduate Welcome Retreat and an end-of-year gathering
  • Create, disseminate, and assess outcome assessment tools
  • Interface with graduate student leaders across the college to plan collaborative events


Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must be a currently enrolled graduate student in the College, registered for appropriate credit hours, and receiving a base assistantship or fellowship of at least grade 12 half-time. You must also be in good academic standing, have the concurrence of your advisor for participating in this program, and be able to maintain adequate progress toward your degree. Additionally, employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
