About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team at ETS Performance LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for athletes
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to athletes on proper technique and training methods
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective training environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of strength and conditioning

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate experience in the field of strength and conditioning or a related field
  • Accredited professional certification in strength and conditioning or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
