Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor team members on cloud services, particularly AWS, ensuring effective utilization.

  • Lead daily standup meetings, sprint planning, mid-sprint check-ins, sprint retrospectives, and technical envisioning sessions in alignment with Agile principles.
  • Showcase incremental feature delivery through bi-weekly feature demonstrations involving client stakeholders.
  • Manage support incidents effectively, utilizing technical troubleshooting skills and domain knowledge to minimize disruptions to critical business systems.
  • Resolve customer support incidents while navigating multiple variables and constraints.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, information technology, software engineering, electronics and communication engineering, or related fields from an accredited institution, along with 4 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, and rollout in an IT or engineering capacity. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in the aforementioned fields with 1 year of relevant experience will be considered.

Required Skills:
  • 4 years of experience with Java Specifications, including Java 8 & J2EE, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • 4 years of experience with task and code management tools like Jira and Git.
  • 3 years of experience with deployment tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker for automating software development processes.
  • 3 years of experience with Junit and Test NG frameworks for automated testing.
  • 4 years of expertise in application monitoring tools including Graphite, Haystack, Datadog, and Splunk.
  • 4 years of experience with build frameworks like Maven and Gradle for project management.
  • 3 years of knowledge and experience with AWS cloud services, including Amazon Load Balancer, Amazon Route 53, Amazon Elastic Container Service, Amazon S3, Amazon Aurora, Amazon ElastiCache, and Amazon Elastic Search.
  • 4 years of expertise in the travel domain, specifically with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre and Amadeus.
