Job Summary:
Mercy is seeking an exceptional nurse to join our Float Pool team as a part-time RN. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, rotating through various units to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including Med Surg units.
- Rotate daily to assigned areas, adapting to changing patient needs and unit requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program.
- Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion of a course within the probation period.
