Mercy is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time night shift position on our 3C Surgical Unit. This role will focus on adult post-operative orthopedic traumas and Neurosurgery, providing a challenging and rewarding environment for nurses to develop their critical thinking and assessment skills.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
