    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain technical specifications, procurement plans, and contract documents.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Science or related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation project management, with a focus on capital and O&M projects.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical knowledge of power generation systems, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation controls.
    • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and control.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
