Applicants must possess Florida State licensure or be eligible as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in accordance with relevant regulations. Licensure in specialized areas such as Microbiology, Serology/Immunology, Immunohematology, Clinical Chemistry, and/or Hematology is required based on the employment setting.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience is necessary.
ASCP certification is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology is preferred, or an associate-level qualification in a related field.
Proficient computer skills are required.
