Customer Training Specialist

This position is part of the Global Sustainment team at Lockheed Martin, supporting the development of technical publications and training for RMS-C6ISR programs in the Valley Forge, PA area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training materials, including instructor-led training and course content, to communicate technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to acquire knowledge of the system and develop training materials that meet the needs of product end-users and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the requirements of the RMS-C6ISR program, including development of student manuals and evaluation of training materials and procedures.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support during formal training courses and develop training material specific to the program.
- Interface with customer representatives and leadership, as well as LM Program leadership, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Basic Instructor Skills
- Technical expertise with ability to impart knowledge, skills, and understanding of the RMS-C6ISR program systems to product end-users.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate with people at varying professional levels.
- Demonstrated team leadership.
- Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI).
- Professional writing experience, including editing and proofreading.
- Network training experience.
- Logistics engineering skills.
- Air Defense and Mission Planning experience.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) Communications and Command & Control (C2) systems.
- Experience working with engineering personnel in determination of system capabilities and schedules.
- Experience in planning and conducting training for product end-users and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile software development processes.
- Experience developing operations or maintenance training for complex electronic systems.
This position requires a government security clearance, and applicants must be US Citizens for consideration.
