Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Venue IT Support Representative to join our team at Live Nation. As a key member of our US Concerts Technology team, you will provide on-site IT support at Live Nation events and venues across the country.

As a Venue IT Support Representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to venue technology, including network connectivity, point of sale systems, and access control technologies.

You will also assist with the deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment, including POS terminals.

Additionally, you will participate in seasonal IT preparation and validation, as well as shutdown and winterization.

This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience and develop your troubleshooting skills in a dynamic and exciting industry.

As a Venue IT Support Representative, you will be part of a team that is passionate about live music and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills and a professional communication style.

Experience with Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies is preferred, but not required.
