About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Site Merchandising to lead our digital site experience strategy. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for shaping the customer site experience, overseeing visual merchandising and content strategy, and driving digital transformation through continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive site strategy that aligns with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead a team of site merchandising experts to create a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and innovation.
  • Monitor site health and performance through analytics and key metrics.
  • Operate with excellence by embedding operational efficiency and best practices into everything you do.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 7 years' experience in e-commerce merchandising, UI/UX, or related area.
  • 8 years' experience in e-commerce merchandising, UI/UX, or related area.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • E-commerce merchandising, UI/UX, or related area, Master's degree in Merchandising, Visual Design, Business Management, or related area.
