  • Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors to assist high net worth clients
  • Contribute to business growth with operational expertise and strategic planning
  • Address client needs and resolve investment-related issues and concerns
  • Manage cash balances and private banking services for clients
  • Provide client reporting and onboarding assistance and support
  • Supervise Analysts and oversee workflow and team management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses required, or obtain within 4 months of hire
  • Interest in the Financial Services Industry and its trends
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and software

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary for this position is $55,000-$75,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
