Clinical Quality and Leadership Role

Providence Clinical Network is seeking a qualified Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the clinic leadership team, you will bring the professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group and uphold the standards of clinical practice.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices. You will also supervise clinical quality, ensuring state and federal compliance, and provide clinical support patient care services in an efficient and safe manner consistent with clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License and Washington Registered Nurse License (for locations in Washington) upon hire.
  • Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Cancer Center Infusion East, Infusion, Transfusion Chemotherapy, Outpatient Transfusion upon hire.
  • Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Maintain certification - Lactation Postpartum, Postpartum Care Center upon hire.
  • 3 years RN experience managing complex patients or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses, and related clinical positions.

Estimated Salary: $60.43 per hour
