About the Role
The Ambulatory Care Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner. This position will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that promote quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience. You must also be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon. Upon hire, you will need to obtain National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification. You should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
