Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities, monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions and tracking their vital signs.
- Perform resident intakes, documenting medical histories and any health concerns, and help with the administration and proper verification of medications.
- Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility environment for residents, tracking medical records and charts, and assisting with the set up of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Keep track of medical supplies and maintain a proper inventory, and be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans.
- Work with staff in the orientation and training of new colleagues.
- Choose from a wide variety of facilities and shifts to create your own schedule.
