Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care as a Registered Nurse in post-acute care facilities
  • Collaborate with medical staff and residents to create personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Educate residents and family members about best options for care, promoting informed decision-making
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed, ensuring a safe and efficient environment
  • Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Draw fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab analysis, providing critical information for patient care
  • Train and supervise nurses and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Accurately document medical interventions and histories, maintaining a comprehensive patient record
  • Assist with incident investigations, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all

Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
