Position Summary:
At Pureflow, we deliver top-tier water solutions for critical water systems. Our clientele includes pharmaceutical companies, life sciences research facilities, and various industrial sectors. We seek skilled technicians to maintain and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems involved in ultra-pure water purification. Ideal candidates will have experience with integrated systems such as HVAC, automotive, or other automated electro-mechanical equipment. We offer comprehensive training to help you transition your existing skills into advanced water purification technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field maintenance on high-purity water systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues affecting system efficiency and chemical purity.
- Assist in the commissioning and startup of new water systems.
- Document all work performed, including parts used and time spent, in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with service management and engineering teams to identify and resolve system or component issues.
- Engage with customers to manage and maintain their water systems effectively.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
- Communicate service contract matters with the Technical Service Center Manager.
- Adhere to safe work practices in all environments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including vehicles and job sites.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in equipment service operations, ideally in customer-facing roles.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills with relevant commercial or industrial experience.
- Ability to comprehend instrumentation and control systems.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
- Proficient in computer applications (Internet Explorer, Word, Excel).
- High school diploma or GED required.
Working Environment:
- Primarily based in industrial settings within customer facilities.
- Participate in regular on-call rotations, including weekends.
- Travel locally with an average of 6 overnight stays per month.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs without restrictions.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- In-person attendance required.
- Day shift with potential for overtime.
