Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through business-to-business (B2B) sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support B2B sales and customer service activities
  • Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting
  • Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
  • Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a current full valid driver's license
  • Possess or be working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related field of study
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Lift, slide, and lower packages that typically weigh 25-50 pounds and may weigh up to 75 pounds
  • Comply with the Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate through vaccination or approved exemption prior to the start of employment (applicable in the US ONLY)
  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
