Selected students will have the opportunity to participate in a one-day immersive experience at our Dallas office, where they will gain insights into Third Bridge, explore our career pathways, and learn essential information for navigating the hiring process. Participants will receive a comprehensive understanding of our organization, the roles we offer, and the attributes we seek in outstanding candidates. Engaging activities and simulations, inspired by our core values, will help you discover how to leverage your strengths for a successful future with us. The day will conclude with a networking social hour, allowing participants to connect with Associates and leaders from our Dallas office.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking:
Students currently in their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year of college, regardless of major Individuals who can commit to a full day at our Dallas office Applicants who have a preference for the Dallas location Candidates with a strong interest in the Associate role supporting Private Equity or Consulting Clients Demonstrated leadership and/or professional experience during college Active involvement in extracurricular activities throughout college Strong communication skills and the ability to apply critical thinking
