Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle TX Workers Compensation claims from inception to close, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claims decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and medical providers to resolve claims.
  • Manage claims reviews and litigation, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in Workers Compensation claims handling.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience handling TX Workers Compensation claims from inception to close.
  • Prior experience handling claims reviews and litigation management.
  • Active Adjuster's License in Texas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
