TheBest Claims Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team in handling Indemnity claims in the state of Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling claims from inception to close, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle TX Workers Compensation claims from inception to close, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claims decisions.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and medical providers to resolve claims.
- Manage claims reviews and litigation, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in Workers Compensation claims handling.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience handling TX Workers Compensation claims from inception to close.
- Prior experience handling claims reviews and litigation management.
- Active Adjuster's License in Texas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
