We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Analyst - TDO to provide support for our HR systems processes. The successful candidate will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist the HRS team with ensuring data integrity and testing of system changes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for HR systems processes, including scheduled intake and recurring activities.
- Maintain familiarity with all computer systems used within the department and utilize them as necessary.
- Review and process security requests for HR systems.
- Research and resolve HRS-related issues, providing appropriate information to customers in response to inquiries.
- Evaluate supporting tasks for effectiveness and offer enhancement suggestions to management for implementation.
- Support and maintain implementation of new processes/systems.
- Develop and/or update procedures, guidelines, and documentation for HR system users.
- One to three years of HRIS experience, with special focus in HR/Payroll/Benefits system administration and support.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow written procedures/direction.
- General understanding of a variety of operating systems.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR/Payroll processing and Timekeeper system, preferably Lawson and Kronos; MS Access knowledge helpful.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
