Medical Director

The Director of Clinical Services is a key leadership position at Bethel Family Clinic, responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the medical staff and other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to the medical staff, including physicians and mid-levels.
- Oversee the credentialing and privileging process for medical providers.
- Manage the dispensary and ensure the efficient operation of clinical services.
- Develop and implement clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement clinical intervention programs.
- Must be a practicing physician with a valid license.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the medical staff and other departments.
- Managed care experience.
- Formulary management experience.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
