Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Medicine Specialist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. as a Staff Physician in Pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the mission of HexaQuEST Health, Inc. by providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the improvement of the health status of the people of the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta region of Alaska.
  • Work under the supervision of the Medical Director and be committed to practicing medicine in the area of pediatrics.
  • Supervise medical students, residents, physician extenders, and community Health Aide clinical practice.
  • Have the skills and knowledge to practice medicine in the area of pediatrics and be able to access computerized medical records.
Qualifications
  • Must have completed an accredited medical school.
  • Must have completed a residency training program and be board eligible or board certified by the appropriate board of the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association.
  • Must have an Alaska State License and DEA License.
  • Must have the computer skills needed to access computerized medical records.
