- Manage Cleaning Supplies: Manage cleaning solvents, chemicals, and germicides, and comply with all regulations, such as OSHA, EPA, and State Health Department.

- Dust and Mop Floors: Damp dust furniture, light fixtures, windowsills, and wet mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Clean Bathrooms: Clean wash basins, mirrors, commodes, tubs, and showers daily to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Report Repairs: Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor, such as leaking faucets or toilets, loose tile, broken windowpanes, missing nuts, or screws, etc.
- Wash Windows: Wash windows as scheduled to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Check for Spills: Check area for water spills and clean immediately to avoid potential injury.
- Maintain Equipment: Maintain housekeeping equipment and utility closets in a clean and orderly manner.
- Basic Reading and Writing Skills: Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Duties require verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to Work with Others: Ability to prepare and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public.
- Previous Housekeeping Experience: Previous housekeeping experience.
- Prior Solid Surface Care Experience: Prior solid surface (resilient floor) care experience.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid Florida Driver's license.
- Good Physical and Mental Health: This position demands good physical and mental health.
- Lifting and Carrying: Required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and move continuously during the work hours.
- Lifting and Carrying Weights: Ability to lift and/or carry 25 to 45 pounds throughout the day.
