**Job Summary:**
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, adhering to established scripts and guidelines.
  • Assist patients, referral sources, and internal colleagues with inquiries, requests, and information via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve time-sensitive matters promptly.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or business training preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong typing skills (30 WPM+) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
