Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic treatment team in Durham, NC. As a Registered Nurse with Milan Laser Company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding results in laser hair removal.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to drive business growth and success.
- Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care.
- Record accurate and detailed medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment, including prepping treatment rooms between patients.
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as needed to ensure seamless patient treatment plans.
- Active, unencumbered RN license.
- Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Physical ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Visual acuity to assess clients' skin and operate the laser.
