Position SummaryWe are in search of a talented API and Integration Engineer with substantial expertise in Boomi and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player eager to contribute to a dedicated group focused on achieving significant and positive results for our organization. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions utilizing Boomi, Salesforce, and other related platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to comprehend business needs and deliver seamless integrations that boost operational efficiency and foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions.
- Work alongside business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Create and maintain integration architecture and design documentation.
- Develop integration processes and workflows.
- Configure and customize integrations to align with business objectives.
- Conduct data mapping, transformation, and synchronization across various systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Address integration update issues and restore data quality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding integration challenges and best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest integration technologies and trends to enhance our integration capabilities.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience as an Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Boomi and Salesforce, including the development and management of complex integration processes.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its integration capabilities and best practices.
- Proficiency in integration patterns, APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
