Administrative Appeals Attorney

We are looking for a talented Administrative Appeals Attorney to join our team at Ternium. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative and novel legal and procedural arguments to effectuate positive resolution of denial medical claims.

The salary range for this position is $62,000-$72,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including full-time remote work, 401(k) with corporate match, dental insurance, employee assistance program, flexible schedule, health insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and bar due reimbursement.

In this role, you will provide education, payor trends, denial trends, and training of recovery staff team members at partner provider organizations. You will also conduct legal research and analysis to support business model requirements, including Juris Doctor degree and state bar membership (preferred).
