About the Role

Clarvida - Pennsylvania is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-24 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral disturbances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral and treatment interventions and consequences to clients
  • Travel to clients' homes, schools, or service locations daily to deliver services
  • Collaborate with the Behavioral Consultant to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Support parents and adult professionals in utilizing skills and strategies to promote positive behavior
  • Conduct home visits and provide education and training to parents and young adults
Requirements
  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
  • At least one of the following certifications: BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT
  • High School diploma or equivalent and completed the 40hr RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing Behavioral Health services
