Physical Therapist

Relient Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing high-quality physical therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Screen patients and develop initial and interim treatment plans
Perform evaluations and document progress toward identified objectives
Oversee Physical Therapist Assistant(s) and develop new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services
Conduct patient and family education, and deliver quality physical therapy services
Requirements:
State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
Professional or Student Physical Therapist experience
Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT)
Graduate of a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) (or foreign equivalent)
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
