Job Overview:

We are in search of enthusiastic Inside Sales Associates to join our team in San Francisco, Mill Valley, and Richmond, as well as in Honolulu, HI. While familiarity with irrigation and landscape lighting is beneficial, we are dedicated to training the right candidates. Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to identify their needs while sharing product expertise and delivering outstanding service.
  2. Enhance your understanding of our product offerings to better serve our clientele.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient execution of daily branch operations.
  4. Manage quotes and sales orders, coordinate deliveries, fulfill orders, and assist in merchandising on the sales floor.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Knowledge of landscape irrigation and lighting products, with a strong desire to expand your expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Personal attributes such as a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with various software applications.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
