Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize your local knowledge of the community and market conditions to attract prospective clients and foster new business opportunities.
- Lead Conversion: Diligently follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales, and cultivate strong and meaningful relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities.
- Transaction Management: Oversee every aspect of a transaction, from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all parties involved.
- Marketing and Promotion: Take center stage during open houses to showcase our agency listings and attract eager buyers.
- Client Consultations: Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their unique housing needs and dazzle them with properties that fulfill those desires.
Requirements
- Real Estate License: A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this role.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is an asset, although we warmly welcome fresh talent.
