Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in need of mental health services. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, while also developing your skills and expertise as a clinician.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Thriveworks team through active participation in team meetings and other initiatives
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LISW in Ohio
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations
