About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to join our team at HCA HealthONE Aurora, leading our Adolescent Psych Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of adolescents and their families while working with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Adolescent Psych Program, including planning, budgeting, quality management, team building, and clinical services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accreditation and licensure standards.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred.
  • Three to five years' experience in adolescent behavioral health acute care setting required.
  • Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing preferred.
