Certification Requirements- Mandatory Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

- Act as a secondary critical care support for the ICU and ED as necessary.

Qualifications- Experience as a House Supervisor in conjunction with ED experience is essential.
- Key skills include flexibility, compassion, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Advanced patient experience skills are required to enhance the overall care journey.
- Self-Scheduling: Flexible scheduling managed by the House Supervisors.
- Floating Policy: Assist with coverage for breaks and provide patient care as needed.
- Bed Count: 42 beds in a Critical Access Hospital.
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Dress Code: Clean uniform with no specific color requirements.
