Position Overview:- Project Scheduling: Maintain and revise a current Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Organize the work schedules of subcontractors as instructed by the Project Superintendent.
- Resource Management: Schedule equipment and materials in accordance with the Project Superintendent's directives.
- Documentation Management: Ensure the prompt submission of all required submittals and shop drawings.
- Reporting: Provide precise and timely reports in line with project specifications.
- Drawing Updates: Continuously revise the master drawing set to reflect current project status.
- Field Issue Analysis: Review construction documents to foresee potential field challenges and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Compliance Review: Assess submittals and shop drawings for adherence to standards.
- RFI Assistance: Aid in the preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs) as necessary.
