Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of multiple projects, collaborating with game designers, modelers, and artists to deliver high-quality features.
  • Mentor junior and new hire engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to team automation and tooling, improving our workflow and efficiency.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and playtested code, adhering to our high standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional development experience in top games or corporate software.
  • Experience with git, rojo, react/roact, and roblox-ts.
  • Full-time commitment, with no other jobs or college commitments.
  • Able to mentor junior engineers and take ownership of projects.
  • Highly communicative and proficient in English.
