Job Title: Dealer Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer Coordinator to join our team at Fortiss LLC / Parkwest Casinos. As a Dealer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming floor, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dealers to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange dealer rotations to ensure fair and objective gameplay.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all casino promotions and policies.
  • Complete employment-related paperwork, including payroll inquiries and meeting deadlines.
  • Evaluate dealer performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Communicate changes in policy, new promotions, and important events to dealers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor and verify dealer tip contribution forms for accuracy.
  • Handle extensive phone inquiries and provide leadership to staff.
  • Attend training sessions to update job skills and promote development.
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings, and be available for overtime when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a background check, credit check, and drug test.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment team member permit, badge, or license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Available for full-time work, including weekends and evenings.
  • Able to converse in English.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
